The course manual is provided in PDF format prior to the start of your webinar course. You will receive an email from APEA 72 hours before the start of the course that explains how to access the manual. If you prefer to have a hard copy of the manual mailed to you, send your request and mailing address to questions@apea.com at least 10 business days before the event.
