PROGRAM DESCRIPTION
This lecture, recorded during the 2023 APEA Review Course & Clinical Update, educates NPs about some of pulmonology conditions that present in primary care settings. The content reflects evidence-based guidelines and focuses on the most important steps in patient diagnosis and management.

LEARNING OBJECTIVES

- State the common symptoms and assessment findings associated with common pulmonary disorders treated in primary care settings.
- Describe the appropriate pharmacologic and nonpharmacologic approaches to patients with pulmonary disorders.
