Sarah Reed is an information technology and university support specialist for APEA. She joined the company in 2013, after working with the local court system. She earned a bachelor’s degree in child and family studies from the University of Louisiana-Lafayette. Sarah assists customers with questions and requests, and particularly focuses on the unique concerns of NP students. She works closely with university customers to ensure that they use APEA testing and assessment products in the most effective ways possible. Email her at
