Dr. Melissa Skoff, DNP, APRN, FNPBC, AGACNPBC, is an experienced clinician and nurse practitioner whose background spans cardiovascular surgery, emergency medicine, hospitalist practice, and academic teaching. She brings over a decade of clinical expertise to her role as a national speaker and educator with APEA/Ascend Learning, where she has been presenting since 2024. Dr. Skoff teaches across FNP, AGPCNP, and AGACNP programs, drawing on extensive real world experience to translate complex concepts into practical, learner-centered instruction. As a passionate educator, she is dedicated to fostering confidence, critical thinking, and clinical excellence in current and future nurse practitioners. She has also served as a university faculty member and actively contributed to curriculum development, scholarly work, and professional advancement in advanced practice nursing. Dr. Skoff is committed to empowering learners and elevating the quality of NP education nationwide.
